rivately owned 80 seat fine dining restaurant with busy adjoining Market on Grand Cayman Island. Established, reputable, beautiful décor, elegant clientele. Features private – on site organic garden, two private fishing boats, walk – in wine cellar and state of the art exhibition kitchen.

Minimum three years related work experience. Graduate from internationally recognized culinary school. Must have skill in all areas of cooking including grill/line, cold station and pastry. Strong knowledge of the English language. Pleasant, personality with the ability to interact with customers in a welcoming manner.

Minimum 15 month commitment. Tax free salary. Start Date: Immediate.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in all aspects of restaurant service with a proven track record of genuine hospitality experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A polished, professional demeanor and presentation, and a strong work ethic with an attention to detail
• Great Food and Beverage knowledge
• Excellent sales skills
• Proficiency in MICROS point of sale system preferred
• Open Table knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and a self motivated attitude desired
• Minimum 15 month commitment
• Immediate start

Primary Duties:

• Service tables according to FOH Server Manual’s policies and procedures
• Assist in general reservation management and inquires as needed.

Pay:

• CI$5 per hour, plus a full share of the 66.6% of gratuities to be divided amongst the FOH staff
